Use the venue as the source of truth
Dress-code summaries are useful for planning, but a current venue policy is more important than a generic internet list. Do not apply one club’s wording to every venue. Ask about a questionable shoe, bag or clothing item before you travel. For a hosted tour, follow the operator’s rules too; a multi-venue itinerary may require a more cautious outfit.
Pack physical identification
Bring the original, valid physical identification accepted by your venue and your tour. Do not assume a phone photo, photocopy, expired document or unfamiliar digital ID will be accepted. International visitors should ask the venue which documents it accepts before leaving their accommodation.

Save an exact meeting point
A hotel can have multiple entrances, taxi stands and pickup areas. Keep the operator’s full directions and contact details, not only the resort name. Leave enough time to find the entrance and complete any check-in steps before the deadline.

Prepare the ride home before going out
Pick a designated meeting point for your group after the venue. Keep enough phone battery to contact your ride and avoid relying on someone who has been drinking to drive.
